Carole came up with a great topic for this week's Ten on Tuesday list - 10 Things You Want to Knit RIGHT NOW. I'm going to change the topic just a little by doing a list of
10 Things I want to knit or crochet RIGHT NOW
(Not in any particular order)
1. Lena Hat by Gina House - Here's a picture of Clover wearing Gina's sample hat.

*She cut her lip open two days in a row - first she cut the inside by trying to pull something and when it let loose, her head went flying into her toy and the very next day she hit her lip on the edge of a table and split it open. She's all better now and just as beautiful as ever!
2. Morning Surf Scarf by Jackie Erickson-Schweitzer - I have the perfect handspun yarn for this -
Sereknity Beach Glass in merino/alpaca/silk. I spun this yarn nearly a year ago with this scarf in mind.
3. A sweater for a fish - the sweater sampler in the book I picked up at SPA, The Sweater Workshop by Jacqueline Fee.
4. A sweater of my own design for Clover using my new book and the new Sereknity Verity DK weight yarn I bought while at SPA.
5. Feather and Fan Scarf by Elisa Purnel - This is a crochet project that I'd like to do using some of my handspun yarn.
6. Fair Isle Tote by Valerie Kurita - another crochet project that I've had on my list for far too long.
7. Twisty River Vest by Gina House
9. Roo by Kate Gilbert - I think this would be a perfect fall sweater/jacket for Clover!
10. Monkey Ear Flap Hat by Adrienne Engar
There are many, MANY, more projects that I want to make RIGHT NOW; unfortunately, there just never seems to be enough hours in the day to do everything I want to.
What are some of the things you want to make RIGHT NOW?
Time is always the problem!

Great list, Julie! I especially like Lena's hat and the Twisty River Vest. It's fun to read everyone's lists -- lots of new ideas!!

Ouch! Poor Clover I'm glad she's all healed up now.

Woo-hoo!!! I am thrilled with your choices!! ; D
I love your new handspun and I think it would be a great for that scarf.
I think my Twisty River Vest pattern has one small mistake in the first few rows - it's missing a purl or something like that. It's pretty easy to see where it should go, so I don't think you'll have a problem with it.
The Roo is so cute, too.
I feel like Spa totally got me into the spinning kick again. I can't wait to spin up my sparkle fiber!!! (must remember to blog all of that....)
Super Hugs ; )

And that lip sure does look like an owie. Hope she got extra popsicles :)

That is a great list!
There are never enough hours in the day, that's really the only frustrating part to knitting and spinning and and and.
I know Clover isn't a baby anymore and my ovaries shouldn't be cramping like this but damnit. it is.
owie on those boo boos! I remember when that happened, just hadn't seen it that clearly in photos. She's a tough lass,eh? XOXOXOX

Sounds like you better get busy knitting! I made the Morning Surf Scarf (not that you'd see it in my projects on Ravelry or anything) out of handspun and I love it. It will look great in the Beach Glass.

ooh the hat is cute!
really, there are never enough hours and the list of what I want to knit NOW is constantly changing- I suffer severely from OLS- "Oh Look! Shiney!" usually by the time I get a project that I have to do done, my next HAVE TO do has changed 10x's ;)

Poor Clover! Hope she is all back together now and had lots of ice cream too!
I wish my UFOs were all done so I could start a new project in good conscience. I hope to finish two of the four and then I will...I'd like to knit the Paloma top after I crashed and burned with it last spring, and have even debated starting my kit for the Vogue pink A-line skirt. It's a skirt...in sock yarn. Will take forever. And then there's the embroidery finishing!
I hope you are able to start on your new projects soon!
